The AutoHolds Forms listed here are in Adobe Reader PDF file format. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download the free program at this link.
These forms will print in two pages. If you have 2-sided printing available on your printer, you can print them in the booklet form.

• Sign up for AutoHolds and you will automatically be placed on the hold list for any of the popular authors you choose from our
list. Your hold will be placed on all NEW forthcoming fiction titles by that author as soon as the library orders the titles!
• No limit! Choose as many authors as you’d like!
• If you would like to change any of your authors or formats, simply fill out a new form.
• This program only applies to NEW FICTION. Nonfiction titles, short story collections and titles only published in paperback are
NOT included.
• Your membership will be effective with those new titles released 2-3 months after we receive your request.
• You must have a valid library card to participate.
If you choose any of the electronic formats, please note that due to various publisher restrictions and
agreements not all new titles will be available in an electronic format. You may want to choose an additional
format.
